Welcome to Mehfil by Qamar ("Mehfil by Qamar," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal marriageable age in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By creating a profile, you confirm that you are legally eligible to marry, that you are using the Service for genuine matrimonial purposes, and that all information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

2. Your Account

2.1 Creating a Profile. To use most features of the Service, you must register and create a profile. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information - including details about your religion, community, marital status, family background, and photographs - and to keep this information up to date.

2.2 Profiles Managed on Behalf of Another Person. If you are creating or managing a profile on behalf of a family member (a "Represented Member") using our family access feature, you confirm that you have that person's knowledge and consent to do so, and that you will act in their best interest when communicating with other members or accepting matches on their behalf.

2.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [support email] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2.4 One Profile Per Person. Each individual seeking a match may maintain only one active profile, except where a Represented Member's profile is managed by a family member as described above.

3. Verification

We offer profile verification (shown as a "Verified" badge) based on checks such as [ID document review / phone verification / email verification / photo review - confirm which apply]. Verification confirms that the specific details we checked matched at the time of review. It is not a background check and does not guarantee a member's identity, intentions, character, marital status, or the accuracy of any other information on their profile. You are solely responsible for exercising your own judgment, and we strongly encourage independent verification before making any personal or financial decisions related to a match.

4. Community Guidelines

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or impersonated information on your profile;

• Harass, threaten, or send unwelcome or abusive communications to other members;

• Use the Service to solicit money, sell products or services, or run scams of any kind;

• Create multiple accounts, fake profiles, or profiles on behalf of someone without their knowledge;

• Use the Service for any purpose other than seeking a genuine matrimonial connection;

• Copy, scrape, or redistribute other members' profile information or photographs;

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, suspending, or permanently removing an account, with or without notice.

5. Communicating with Other Members

Messages exchanged through the Service are intended solely for matrimonial purposes. We may monitor reported conversations for safety and policy-compliance purposes but do not routinely review private messages. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information (such as bank details, passwords, or government ID numbers) with other members through the Service.

6. Community Events and Meetups

From time to time, we may organize or promote in-person community meetups and matrimonial events at third-party venues. Your attendance at any such event is at your own risk. Mehfil by Qamar is not responsible for the conduct of attendees, venue conditions, or any incident occurring at an event, and we encourage all members to take standard personal-safety precautions (meeting in public places, informing a friend or family member of event details, and using your own judgment about attending).

7. Horoscope Matching

Our horoscope matching feature is offered as a cultural and informational tool based on details you choose to provide. It is not a guarantee or scientific prediction of compatibility, and any results should be treated as one input among many in your own decision-making.

8. Fees

Certain features of the Service are currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscriptions or premium features in the future. If we do, we will clearly disclose pricing and billing terms before you are charged, and separate terms will apply to any paid features.

9. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the photos, biographical details, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Mehfil by Qamar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service (for example, showing your profile to potential matches). You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

10. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Mehfil by Qamar and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or fake-profile activity, or posed a risk to other members. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [support email].

12. No Guarantee of Outcome

Mehfil by Qamar helps facilitate introductions between members. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, form a relationship, or get married, and we are not a party to any relationship, engagement, or marriage that may result from using the Service.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehfil by Qamar and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other members, whether online or in person.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mehfil by Qamar harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other members.

16. Governing Law and Disputes
